"We finally found our home! We started looking into mobile-homes around April 2020 and made an appointment to check some out with the selling agent, this is where we met Rosie. We looked at a few mobile homes and started talking numbers, that’s when we realized that we could actually own a single family home. We took on Rosie as our realtor and she immediately got us started with some lenders to get a pre-approval and made sure we took advantage of any programs that were available to us. Once we received a pre-approval, the home search started. It was not as easy as we thought it would be to find our home. When it came time to start reviewing papers, Rosie was there for us to answer the dozens of questions we had. Rosie made us feel like family and really had our best interest at heart. Rosie has been a Godsend and we would not only go back to her as our agent but refer her to our friends and family as well."
